Costa Rica Overall: 8.4

Costa Rica is not going to collapse any time soon. They have one of the best environments out of any country in the world, and there are no countries with anything against them. They almost live in their own little bubble of earth friendliness. 

Luxembourg Overall: 6.2

While this rating is a little low, I also do not thing Luxembourg would collapse anytime soon. They have a lot of money to deal with any problems that arise, and a stable economy with low unemployment in this time of economic chaos.  It would be impossible for every country to exist like Luxembourg, and if they were a country the size of Russia or China, then there would be a real problem globally, but as bad as they are, their size allows them to slip through the cracks and avoid a meltdown.
